S.S.L.D. Varshney Girls Engineering is affiliated by Uttar Pradesh Technical University, approved by UGC (University Grant Commission) and Ministry of HRD (Human Resource Development). The sole aim of the promoters was to provide quality education in the field of Engineering and technology to fulfill the aspirations of young and aspiring girl students not only in Aligarh but the entire Northern region. Laboratory

  • The College has 8-Laboratories as per the recommendation of U.P.T.U. for 1st year. They are Engineering- Physics, Engineering-Chemistry, Electrical Engineering, Workshop, Engineering-Mechanics, Computer programming, Computer aided Engineering-Graphics and Professional Communication. Laboratories are equipped with the latest and the best equipments available in the market. The staff is very well experienced and qualified in their respective fields.

Library

  • The College library is fully computerized and equipped with current text books and journals, completed by wide selection of periodicals, magazines and newspapers. The library has about 10,000 books on the subjects of Engineering, Social Science and Applied Science including those on Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and English. It is managed by well qualified and courteous staff committed to their profession.

  • Arrangements for hostel facility is, at present hostel has been arranged in a newly constructed multi-storey building in the city.
