St. Joseph’s College, Jakhama, is the first Catholic College in Nagaland. It is affiliated to the Nagaland University. The mission of College is to provide an education that is socially relevant and useful for life The College offers Degree courses in Arts, Commerce and Business Administration. College has been accredited by the National Assessment and Accreditation Council with the B Grade (One of the two Colleges in Nagaland accredited by NAAC).

  • The College has provide a library with over 11,000 books and several periodicals. Additions are made to the library every year. All are to comply fully with the rules and regulations of the library.

Hostel

  • The College Provide three hostels, one for boys and two for girls. The College has a book and stationery shop and a canteen.

ExtraCurricular

  • The College Organised Freshers’ Day is celebrated in June after new admissions to welcome the New Comers to the College with a Cultural Programme and official farewell organized for Final year Degree students.
