St. Xavier's P.T.C. College is managed by ebullient Catholic Church Trust Himatnagar. College vision is often education is described as a process- a process of forming a productive human individual who can be useful to the society. The word process may sound more mechanical. Education can better be described as a journey - a never ending journey acquiring  new knowledge from the vast treasure house of experience. As one progresses in his journey the doors of newer realizations are opened in front of him shedding light on the wide spectrum of realities, bringing in a different understanding of them in the light of evolving vision and wisdom.
