The college was started in the year 2003, under Sushrutha Group of Institutions which includes - Sushrutha Ayurveda Medical College, Sushrutha College of Nursing and Sushrutha School of Nursing. The institute is associated with many speciality hospitals like the Jayanagar General Hospital, Maharaja Agrasen Hospital, CCRI&S Hospital, Padmashree Diagnostics & many more institutions, for the clinical exposure of the students.
