Ravishankar Shukla University, Raipur, is pronounced by Preksha Educational Society, to serve the community as a center of higher learning as in ancient era. As delivering this to the community we must recall the ancient values defined for the growth of ascetic spirit and duty, not of destroying, but delivering it into useful channel. Takshshila Mahavidyalaya is one of the most beautiful, well maintained and centrally located educational campus in Bhilai.
