The institute runs AICTE approved PGDM programme with specializations in Marketing, HR & Finance and PGDM in Rural Management. XIMJ is driven by its reformist vision and enduring passion for sustainable development of India.
XIMJ has continually been striving for excellence in academics since its inception. The institute is member of the International Association of Jesuit Business Schools (IAJBS), a member of Xavier Association of Management Institutes (XAMI), a member of All India Association of Christian Higher Education (AIACHE) and a member of Voluntary Action Network of India (VANI). It works in close collaboration with some of the reputed Management Schools within India and abroad, such as: XLRI , XIMB, XISS, LIBA, Vlerick School of Management (Ghent, Belgium) and Assumption University, Bangkok, Thailand. It is also an Associate Member of several National Entrance Tests: XAT, CAT, MAT, ATMA, MET, for the purpose of recruiting candidates for its Courses.

XIDAS thorugh its departments have been rendering and facilitating activities primarily in the area of health care, corporate social responsibility, rural development and training & capacity building.
