One is hospital nursing and the other is military nursing. You will choose your direction depending on your particular situation.

General Nursing And Midwifery – The Diploma Course
Baccalaureate in Nursing – The Degree Course
Post Certificate / Post Basic Baccalaureate in Nursing – The up gradation course for acquiring a degree after the diploma course

Online MBA courses are also available from private institutes. You can try Manipal University.
