Hi Muktikesh, are you pursuing the undergraduate program from IHM? If so, then you have multiple options. You can undergo training/ internship at a good place, gain experience and start working full time. Or you can straightaway for MA/ M. Sc in the same course. Another option is that you work for a while, and then do an MBA or MA/ M. Sc. Since you have not mentioned what you are interested in particularly, sales, marketing, hotel industry, aviation industry etc., we will be unable to tell you exactly what you should do. But the above options will apply in most cases. Good luck.
