Yes, you are eligible for JAM exam.

Candidate with any Bachelor's degree from any branch is eligible for IIT JAM exam.

But you must score minimum of 55% marks if you are from General & OBC categories and 50% marks for SC, ST categories.

But note that, at the time of admission, you will have to submit a physical fitness certificate from a registered medical practitioner in the prescribed form. 

At the time of admission, you may also have to undergo a physical fitness test by a medical board constituted by the Admitting Institute. In case you found physically unfit to pursue your chosen course of study, your admission is liable to be cancelled.
