Hi Bhawana, Both the degrees are good on its own. MCA is purely related to the IT field where the growth is very good as you can switch to different companies with certain set of skill and experience. The salary package of MCA candidate is good enough for fresher or starter but it grows rapidly with the experience in market. As far as MSC IT is concerned, its related to management job in good companies. But i will suggest you should go for MCA course, as the opportunities for MCA job is much more. If you are willing to purse your MCA or MBA course in delhi/ncr region you must look forward for greater noida region, as it is well established and known by Knowledge hub. There are lots of good engineering college in this region, among them some of the college provide low fee structure and scholarship program. Most of the colleges of this region are affiliated to MTU university. I know one good engineering college which provide good scholarship program based on the percentage scored in his/her bachelor course.
