i think Delhi would be better as compared to lucknow. about Institute's ,i think T.I.M.E is better than all other's (best coaching for CAT).however, Carrer launcher, IMS are also good. you can do consider them too. i have joined bulls eye recently,but i was not satisfied plus it's distance was a big problem. so now i have enrolled in http://**********/course/9277-lr-vr-di-ds-speed-calculations-quant-general-awareness,coaching for CAT. it's lil bit helpful in my studies. u can join any of the above mentioned institute acc. to your own choice.
