Pharm D is a doctoral degree in pharmacy that is highly integrated and in-depth course on clinical pharmacy. It is specifically designed for students interested in becoming practicing pharmacist for large hospitals and healthcare industries.

Pharm D is a 6 years integrated course that focuses on clinical studies while B Pharm is 4 years research oriented course.

If you want to make your career working as pharmacist in large hospitals and healthcare industries in the India or abroad, you may pursue Pharm D.
