Both Company Secretary (CS) and Chartered Accountancy (CA) are professional courses in the field of commerce but they both are different from each other.
Chartered Accountant (CA) is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India while a Company Secretary (CS) is a member of The Institute of Company Secretaries of India. So, the practice is also different for these courses.
