Admission in Dehradun Institute of Technology and Graphic Era University to the B.Tech Programme is totally made on the basis of All India Engineering Entrance Examination (AIEEE). However, other option to take admission is through management quota. You can contact individual institute for more information regarding admission procedure without AIEEE exam score.
