Yes, you are eligible to seek admission in M.Tech in computer Science programme even with less than 55% marks, but you have to give appropriate reason for gap and there is no age limit for entering into PG Programme in engineering.

There are various institutes or universities providing admission in M.Tech course with below 55% marks in graduation. GATE (Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering), TANCET (Tamil Nadu Common Entrance Test), VITEEE Engineering Entrance Exam, GGSIPU Engineering CET Entrance exam, etc. are some common entrance test to take admission in good Engineering colleges. However, there are some common entrance tests that are conducted by individual colleges or universities by their own.
