Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA) is very good option after 12th who are interested and want to look out career in computer field. It is nearly equivalent to B.Tech/B.E. in Information Technology.

Eligibility for BCA is 10+2 with Mathematics as compulsory subject and admission is on the basis of entrance exams in most of the colleges in India such as IPU-CET, etc. or entrance exam conducted by institute in which you want to seek admission. However, required percentile for admission varies from college to college.
