Hi Bishal, that depends on what your career aspirations are. Do you want to become a management expert or go into creativity? Career wise, with an MBA degree from a good institute, you will get a good profile job with a fairly decent, if not good salary and the scope of growth will be great. If you get into the Mass Com sector, work will be very satisfactory, in terms of creativity and learning new things everyday. The work is going to be challenging and fun. When you start, your pay scale will be from fair to good. As you grow up the ladder, it will increase in leaps and bounds. So the decision lies entirely upto you. Good luck!
