Customer Service is something that you get trained on while on the job. You may join a BPO or KPO or even organizations where a division such as customer service exists. With time, you may be promoted to a managerial level.

However, you may get an MBA on Retail Management, where customer service may be a part of the curriculum. Client Servicing is another field where you may be exposed to Customer Service management.
