Hi Sahil, apologies for the delay. We suggest you to do a regular MBA course. Not only will it have a greater value in the job market, but the learnings that you will achieve, will help you for a long time.

However, even after you complete your MBA, you will have a greater market value if you have a work experience. So the best way to go about it is to work for a year after graduation and then do a regular MBA course. But that does not mean that if you do not have a work experience, you will not do well. There are some companies who look for freshers only when they visit campuses for recruitments. So it's a call that you will have to take!
