Hi Neeraj, having an Arts background should not be a hindrance in you getting a job, esp after you have done your MBA. If you are good at Finance and have stuff to back it up with (projects/ assignments/ etc), then it should not be a problem. You should be able to market yourself to your prospective employer. Tell them that your scores in Xth and XIIth Board exams have been good and you have done well in your graduation as well. So you should be given a chance. You need to convince them that you are suited for the job. And search for jobs rigorously. Apply your CV on job sites, PR consultants, individual companies and spread the word around amongst friends and peers. Good luck.
