There is no point for you to change your line to banking if you are interested in biotechnology related fields. Neither is there need to pursue anything after post graduation if you do not wish to. Some students opt for higher studies such as a M Phil or P hd to be able to get into research. However it is not a compulsion to do anything after your post graduation. Not all companies are looking for experienced people, many companies hire fresh graduates and you can grow from there. Getting a job is something that depends heavily on how you perform in your interview. For which you should work upon your communication, interpersonal and general knowledge skills.
