Sikkim Manipal University’s all programmes are recognised by the Distance Education Council. The University is also recognised by the Union Ministry of Human Resources Development and by the University Grants Commission (UGC). University do not offer BA programme in Hindi and History with Honors.

Yes you can pursue B.A. honors programme in Hindi or History. There are many distance learning universities offering B.A. honors programme in Hindi and History. You just need to check what is the age criteria for admission to these courses. Is there any age limit or not.
