Yes you will be able to get a job and for better options depending upon your interest you can go for MBA or M.Tech. You can for your degree from other universities also like Amity, Lovely, Sharda etc, though they are not government university like DU but they are in the field of imparting technical education (B.Tech) for last many years and have made a good name for themselves. Not only this some of them are also offering scholarships to students. Best of luck.
