However, you can opt for short term courses in marketing  operations and Communications from Symbiosis Centre for Corporate Education (SCCE). SCCE offers many short term courses in various fields.

Since you have finished your MBA, why aren’t you looking for jobs? Make sure that you utilise the campus recruitment facility and get a good job and learn on the job. If academics are what you prefer, then you could do a Ph. D in Management.
