Hi Kanad, it is simple and easy. If you have achieved the required percentage (as declared by the Delhi University), you need to go to the DU office (north or south campus) and get the form. Once you have filled it up, you can submit it there only or go to individual colleges and submit it. You will, however, need to find out the dates (when the forms will be out as well as the last date of submission of application form) from the university office/ official website or newspapers. Some colleges conduct an entrance exam, so if you desire to take admission in such a college, you will need to appear for one. Good luck!
