No, you are not eligible for GATE 2014. You will have to complete Master of Science (M.Sc) to be eligible for GATE exam.

Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) is an all India examination administered and conducted jointly by the Indian Institute of Science and seven Indian Institutes for admission to Post Graduation/PhD courses in Engineering and Architecture.

Eligibility for GATE:

You should have passed Bachelor's degree in Engineering/ Technology/ Architecture/ Pharmacy (4 years after 10+2) or should be appear in final or pre-final year of such programmes.

You should have passed Master’s degree in any branch of Science/Mathematics/Statistics/Computer Applications or equivalent or should be appear in the final or pre-final year of such programmes.
