Dear student,

Since, you have completed your graduation from B.Sc (Chemistry) and now pursuing Human Resources which is completely different; you should complete the course first. After completing HR course you will gain knowledge about Human Resource Management and then you can apply for job.

But the final decision is in your hand whether you want to seek for a job now or want to complete your course. You can try getting an internship in an HR position in a good organisation. That way, once you’d have completed your course, you would have some amount of relevant experience in your field. This would increase your chances of landing a good job in HR.
