Dear student,

The minimum eligibility for pursuing Bachelor of Arts (B.A) Economics is qualifying 10+2 in any stream from any recognized board. However, studying Mathematics in Class XII is mandatory to study B.A (Economics). Some colleges and universities give preference to students who have studied Economics as a subject at 10+2 level.
