Under the hotel management umbrella, you can opt for front desk, marketing, food & beverage, chef, bartender, sales, business development, food technologist, tele servicing etc. So, depending on which field you want to get into, you will need to study that course. For eg, for Business Development, you can do an MBA and to become a food technologist, you will have to do an undergraduate course + PG course in Food Technology.
