Hi Deepak, the minimum eligibility for general quota for B. Tech is usually 60%. Since you have an OBC certificate, there will be some relaxation. You will need to find out from specific institutes what their relaxation % is. Engineering is a vast field. You must have thought of an engineering field that you want to take up like chemical, computer science, electrical, mechanical, civil etc? So our suggestion to you will be to first select your field of specialization, then look for colleges offering that course.

In most cases, you will be allowed to sit for an entrance test (which is mandatory), so if you get that opportunity, please make sure that you do really well there. Even though most colleges have a cut off of 60%, you need to aim to get more, because your Class XII score is not so good.
