Hi,
Since, you have UPTU scores, first find out the cut-off marks of the colleges you wish to apply at and make a list of the colleges you are eligible for. Then, you can do an assessment of which college is the best of the lot.
The admission criteria of the every college are different. You will have to contact individually to the college in which you want to take admission.
