Management Aptitude Test (MAT) is conducted by Center for Management Studies (CMS) special division of All India Management Association (AIMA).

1. Last Date For sale of Forms of MAT by AIMA: 14th April, 2012 (Saturday)
2. Last Date for submission of filled in Registration Forms (offline & online) at AIMA, New Delhi: 17th April, 2012 (Tuesday)
3. Online Registration of AIMA MAT: 14th April, 2012 is closed.

Common Admission Test (CAT) is conducted by Indian Institute of Managements (IIMs) for seeking admission to the prestigious management colleges in India. The candidates who want to take admission in any management college need to appear for Common Admission Test.

The syllabus for CAT is not fixed. You have to basically prepare for the two sections: Quantitative Ability & Data Interpretation and Verbal Ability & Logical Reasoning. The syllabus of CAT would be same for MAT also.
