you are right on your part , but with iifp one positive thing is that it provided placement after 1st year only , i.e. you have not completed mba before that only you will get placement , minimum package starts with 4 to 4.5 lacs, hey its highest packages are good enough like, 6.75 lacs, 7 lacs , etc.
