There are many options after BSc(IT) which actually depends on your own SKills, Interest, and Talent. Chances of getting a job in any IT company are minimal with bSc degree so if you are interested in software development, testing, or business analysis - better go for MCA. Go for MBA only if you know why you are doing that and your focus is clear. Dont join MBA just in a hope that you will get a job with good salary simply by having MBA from location. My advice will be not to opt for any private university or college recently recognized by UGC.
