also these days there isnt much difference between a good dnb institute and an md/ms degree.. of course the academics are any day better in md/ms hosp,but if u are getting a field of ur choice in dnb with good work exposure i would say go for it...say for instance in md/ms there are post grads of 3 yrs,diploma students,then registers,then lecturers,junior consultants,senior consultants and then professors..whereas in a good dnb centre u may bypass few and work under a professor or a senior consultant directly so the work exposure is also good..
