Yes, you can pursue Diploma in Engineering from any govt. and private institute as you have passed your 10th class. After completing Diploma in Engineering you are eligible to apply in B.Tech/B.E course directly in second year if you want to continue your studies with Engineering.

We would suggest you to complete your 12th along with your diploma course thereafter you are eligible to pursue graduation degree course in any field to get better career opportunities.
