Hi Gaurav, your academic background is pretty strong. The 3 options that you have in mind are quite varied. What you should ideally pursue depends totally on your interests and future career ambitions.
If you wish to make it big in the corporate world or set up your own business an MBA would be the best path to take.
If you wish to specialise in Chemical engineering or pursue any other aspect of engineering choose M.Tech.
Go for Civil Services if you have aspirations of becoming an IAS officer or foreign diplomat (IFS) and in the process contribute to the betterment of the nation. Take out some time to introspect and decide what you would LIKE to do. Then get back to us. We will guide you further. Best of Luck!
