Dear student, the first and the foremost thing that B schools look for is your score in the entrance test exams – CAT, MAT, XAT, SNAP, IBSAT etc. Then they will see how you perform at the GD. Your excellent academic score will come into use in the Personal Interview round, when you can tell him how bright a student you are, basis your academic scores. It is then up to you to convince them to take you into their B-school.
