Dear, you can pursue Master degree (M.Tech/MS) in Mechatronics after completing your B.Tech in Mechatronics Engineering. There is a lot of scope of Mechatronics Engineering in India. You can get well profiled jobs with good remuneration in IT sectors or other renowned private firms and in Government sector also.

Eligibility: - you should have B.E./B.Tech. or equivalent from a recognized University / Institution in the area of Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Electronics & Telecommunication, Instrumentation and Mechanical Engineering or equivalent. Preference will be given to GATE qualified candidates. However, required percentile for admission varies from college to college.
