Congrats you have qualified for both the colleges.  IIMC Delhi has a program which is Advertising and Public relations and has a module of corporate communication as well. The XIC Mumbai, programme is Public Relations & Corporate Communication which do not have any modules on advertising. Since you have corporate experience, and you are based in Delhi, IIMC would be a good option since it covers both advertising and public relations..
