Hi Rohan,

Doing MBA with distance learning is very good option if you are working professional because taking experience along with your studies will enhance your career. MBA in Information Technology (IT) is a broad term which encompasses various aspects of technology related activities. MBA IT would lead to managerial responsibilities in various industries.

Eligibility: -

1. You should have graduate degree with at least 50% marks from any recognised university or institution.

2. You will have to appear for an entrance exam such as MAT/CAT/XAT or ATMA to get admitted into this course. However, required percentile for admission varies from college to college.

However, another option is to opt for Executive MBA (1 or 1.5 years regular MBA course) or one year Post-Graduate Programme in Management for Executives (PGPX) offered by IIM, which is especially designed for working professionals, so that they can enhance their education as per market demand. Since you have work experience, you can easily get admission in EMBA course along with your job. Part time MBA would be very helpful for you because you already have experience and it gives value addition to your career.
