To get admission into good colleges for hotel management, you need to take entrance tests like JEE NCHMCT-Joint Entrance Examination by National Council for Hotel Management and Catering Technology, CET (GGSIPU) BHMCT-Common Entrance Test by Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, etc.

The upper age limit for Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management is 22 years. However, the eligibility criteria vary from college to college. So you have to contact to the colleges individually for further details about admission.
