Hi, If you did your graduation in Biotech and have an interest for the subject, then you should opt for something along similar lines for you post-graduation, so Msc.Computational Biology/Bioinformatics would have been an easy choice. But since you are considering pursuing an MCA, it seems like you have other interests as well. Try and find out where you interest lies and then make a choice.
