Dear student,
Getting a good engineering college in abroad with 54% marks is not an easy task. The cut off for engineering colleges and universities in abroad are quite high. So, we advise you to participate in campus recruitment first. If you get good placement then stick here, if not then prepare for GRE and go for M.S in abroad. However, the last decision in is your hand.
