Any student who has completed their graduation is eligible to appear for the UPSC Civil Services exam. You should be above the age of 21 and under the age of 30. A student is allowed only 4 attempts for the UPSC exam. 2 sets of exams have to be cleared- the preliminary exam and the main exam. Once you clear the UPSC exam you get allotted to one of the 32 Civil Services depending on the rank you obtain.
