In fact, most of the working professionals who can't afford to take a break from work pursue higher education(eg MBA) through distance learning programmes. Classes in such programmes are usually held on Saturdays & Sundays making it very convenient for working professionals. You have many options to choose from: IGNOU, NMIMS, Symbiosis Centre for Distance Learning, IMT, Annamalai university, Sikkim Manipal university are some of the many universities offering a Distance learning programme for MBA.

The enrollment procedure is usually very simple. The admisission procedure and eligibility criteria varies from university to university. In IGNOU for example you need to be a graduate with 50% marks(General Category) and 45% marks(reserved category) OR a graduate with at least 3 years of work experience. IGNOU conducts an entrance exam even for the distance learning MBA programme called the OPENMAT. It is conducted twice a year in February & August.
