Hi, there is no specific course for travel journalism. You should study journalism in your UG/ PG and then look for jobs in the travel sector/ journals. You should have  penchant for travelling under all conditions and should be observative in nature, not to miss very adaptable to various situations. In addition, you shouldbe able to articulate your thoughts into writing. In other words, you should love the shuffling.

Another option is to do a professional writing course (instead of journalism) and look for typically writing jobs.

There are many options you can opt for. You can look for a travel magazine or write for newspapers covering the travel news. Otherwise, you can get into web writing and work for the various travel websites like Makemytrip.com, yatra.com, travelguru.com etc.

If visual media is your forte, you can copy write for various travel shows. While its an immensely exciting job, do keep in mind that the initial years will be a struggle. So unless you have passion, and the preseverence to try, don't just go for it for the heck of it.
