Hi Ashish, If you’re not a native of Tamil Nadu, then the eligibility criteria for admission into the B Tech course is as follows: You should have cleared 10+2 or its equivalent exam with at least 50% marks in PCM (35% for SC/ST). Make sure to produce a certificate of permanent residence of your native state.

The selection of candidates is done on the basis of the marks obtained in the prescribed subjects in 10+2. Your marks in the prescribed subjects are reduced to 200 (Mathematics 100, Physics + Chemistry =100) and then the resulting figure is considered for ranking.
