Dear student,

The basic eligibility criteria for you to study engineering in Abroad is that you should pass higher secondary level education with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics as core subjects with minimum 50% marks in aggregate. Usually the foreign universities will conduct entrance test in-order to admit new students. Either there will be a combined test for all the universities, or some universities may conduct separate test. That depends on the university in which you want to take admission.

The admission procedure, eligibility criteria and scholarship etc details vary from college to college and university to university. So you have to contact to the universities individually in which you want to take admission.
