Yes, you can go for BBA in Finance after 12th if you are interested in management field. There is no hard rule that only commerce student can do BBA.

BBA in Finance is a three-year fulltime course that is designed to give future professionals a new dimension. You might face little problems as you are from science stream. But go through the syllabus and prepare for those portions which seem interesting to you and prepare according to it. So don't worry it is very easy to appear the exam with full preparations.
